This project consisted of a new 9300 ft2 base building and associated exterior sitework.The basic structure of the building consisted of CFA piles and a structural slab for the foundation, and conventional structural steel for the above ground structure. The Site work consisted of a new parking lot area, a drive thru area, and landscaping.
